As a new presence in the Malaysian market, FRiENDi mobile was about to compete against other players with years of experience and brand familiarity behind them. We were tasked with building a website that would stand out from the crowd and provide an accessible, straightforward online resource for all its users and prospective users.

Ideas and Solution

We designed and built a website that was easy to use, easy to understand and easy to look at. Rather than plain text, we used an icon-driven visual language to present information in easily digestible blocks wherever possible. Step-by-step tutorials, bold tables and blocks of colour, and clean, jargon-free language complete the package for a website that's friendly, accessible, and inviting to both prospective and existing customers.
